I really appreciate getting QSL cards for the contacts I make and I endeavour to send one back in return. I have collected cards for years and in some ways I fail to see the rationale behind sitting in a pileup for an hour to work an exotic station and then never getting the contact confirmed (especially when the contact invariably involves swapping just a signal report!).
It is disappointing the very small number of QSL cards (by percentage) I get back following sending out my cards. It is also interesting how certain countries are much better at QSLing than others. I have many cards from Croatia, Spain, Germany and the Scandinavian countries. Considering the large volume of US contacts I make, I have few cards by way of confirmation. I am, for this reason, particularly keen on getting more US contacts confirmed!
If you would like a QSL card from M0SBF, please post me a QSL card enclosing an International Reply Coupon (IRC) covering the full cost of return air mail to me at my UK address. I am not a member of the RSGB and hence cannot send cards using the QSL Bureau.
Please to request our full postal address as, for security reasons, the address is incomplete on QRZ.com. If you send a QSL card direct, enclosing an IRC, here's what you'll get by return - a nice colour M0SBF QSL card showing the beautiful English countryside adjacent to our home!
